The service
Statementfold provides web tools that convert and process files you upload. Results are generated automatically, including with AI models, and may contain errors. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them — for example by reviewing the reconciliation summary before importing into accounting software.
Accounts
You need an account to download full results. Keep your sign-in email secure; magic links are single-use.
Credits and subscriptions
- Tools are priced in credits (for example one credit per statement page). Credits are reserved when a job starts and charged when it completes. Failed jobs are not charged.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
- The monthly subscription grants a fixed number of credits each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices are shown before checkout. Applicable VAT/GST is calculated by Stripe based on your billing address and tax ID.
- Business invoices are issued automatically for every purchase and are available from your account.
Refunds
If a conversion is wrong and you report it within 7 days, we will re-run it or refund the credits used. Contact support with the job ID.
Acceptable use
Do not upload files you do not have the right to process, attempt to circumvent free-try limits or rate limits, or use the service to harm others.
Data
See the Privacy Policy. Files are deleted 24 hours after upload.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
