Steps

  1. Open the Bank Statement Converter and upload your PDF.
  2. Review the reconciliation banner and flagged rows in the preview grid.
  3. Sign in to unlock downloads or edit rows before export.
  4. Import the file into your accounting package using its bank import wizard.

Tips

  • Redact account numbers to the last four digits before sharing exports with clients.
  • For UK statements, pick DD/MM/YYYY in export options.
